Engineering and manufacturing
It has to ship, and it has to last
A mobile building has two jobs: getting to the site, and holding up once it is there. We design for both at the same time.
Concept visualisation — structural frame and connection detail study.
Structure first
Once the frame is set, the building is set
Lifting points, transport bracing, connection tolerances and foundation interfaces are structural questions that arrive before appearance. If they are solved late, the design changes.
Our development work keeps frame, envelope and interior build-ups in one model, so a larger opening or a heavier finish is checked against what the unit can actually carry.
Factory and workshop
From steel sheet to finished cabin, in one workshop
Cutting, assembly, coating, fitting out and inspection sit in one sequence, under one roof. Photographs are from the workshop; more will be added.
Capability
Four things we handle ourselves
Development, engineering and production happen in one company. That is the difference between a product and a pile of parts.
Structure and framing
Frames, connections and lifting provisions sized for transport, installation and long-term use.
Envelope and materials
Wall, roof and floor build-ups selected for climate, handling, acoustics and repairability.
Production and assembly
Standardised workshop stages with defined checkpoints before the unit is closed up.
Quality and delivery
Inspection before packing, protection in transit, and an installation sequence agreed in advance.

Materials
Materials chosen for ten years of use, not for a photo
Exterior materials on a movable building face movement, moisture and handling that a fixed building never sees. We select for those conditions first, then for appearance.
- RepairableSurfaces and panels that can be replaced locally after transport damage or years of use.
- StableBuild-ups that tolerate thermal movement without opening joints.
- MaintainableFinishes an operator can clean and service without specialist equipment.
Checks
What we check, and when
A check is only useful before the next step depends on it. These are the points where a unit stops and gets checked.
| Stage | What is checked | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Before production | Drawings, structure, connection details, material specification | Changes at this point cost drawings, not units |
| Frame and envelope | Dimensions, square, fixings, sealing, insulation continuity | Errors here are hidden once the interior is closed |
| Interior and services | Openings, joinery, electrical and plumbing routes, access panels | Service access has to survive installation |
| Pre-delivery | Function tests, protection, lifting points, packing list | The unit leaves in the condition it was signed off in |
